Starting a brand new group exercise class can feel overwhelming! Here are our suggestions for starter classes if you’ve never done pilates before!
Our intro class on Thursday nights includes the 101 of both mat pilates exercises and exercises performed on the apparatus (reformer).
We also offer multiple beginner friendly mat classes and super small group (4 person) reformer classes each week.
And if you want the ultimate individualized experience, book a private session to focus on your goals!
