Strength and resistance training have so many benefits that we don’t realize!

It will make you stronger over time which can help improve your balance, bone density, and reduce fat.

It also can lower your risk of injury by 50% by strengthening major joints like your knees, hips, and ankles.

Additionally, it improves your heart health and manages your blood sugar levels which can reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 30%!!

Are you having issues with things like lifting, sleeping, or normal household tasks because of shoulder pain?

Did you know that the most common cause of shoulder pain is due to the rotator cuff tendons becoming trapped under the bony area in your shoulder. This can be caused by a number of different reasons such as overuse, muscle imbalance, or nerve injuries.

The rotator cuff is VERY important for should stability and allows you to lift your arm and reach up overhead!

There are many of reasons you may be dealing with low back pain but did you know up to 70% of adults with back pain at some point are due to poor posture and mechanics.

Poor posture increases mechanical stress in the low back and constrict nerves and blood vessels in the back causing problems in your joints, muscles, & discs.
