SolFood Collective sourdough update 🥖

Normally, bread is available every first and third Sunday, but holiday season likes to shake things up.

For November:
🚫 No bread on November 16
✅ Thanksgiving pickup: Wednesday, November 26
Pre-orders are officially open.

Quantities are limited. I bake with intention, not mass production.

If you’d like my sourdough on your Thanksgiving table, please place your order by 6 PM on November 22.

Enjoy breaking bread with the people you love, I’ll take care of the work that gets it to the table.

There’s sourdough… and then there’s my organic sourdough. Long fermentation means it’s easier to digest, naturally lower in gluten, and full of friendly probiotics that your gut will thank you for. Basically, bread that loves you back.

Today is the last chance to pre-order for this Sunday, October 5. The stand will be open from 11 AM to 1 PM in LaSalle. Pre-order now at solfoodcollective.com/sourdough or click the link in bio. Orders close tonight at 6 PM.

On Sunday I’ll have limited quantities of organic sourdough loaves, pretzels, Biscoff stuffed sourdough chocolate chip cookies, pizza kits, dog treats, and wellness offerings like essential oil rollers, shower melts, and room sprays. If organic is important to you, then this is for you.

The weather looks beautiful, neighbors will be rolling up in golf carts, pups will be everywhere, and it’s always such a good time. DM me for the address. We hope to see you there!

October is here and that means the maple pecan pumpkin loaves are back. Sweet, nutty, shaped like pumpkins, and the perfect taste of fall. But here’s the deal, I’ll only have TWO available at the bread stand this Sunday. If you want to be sure you get one, pre-order is the way to go (and I can make as many as are ordered).

The bread stand is open this Sunday, October 5 from 11 AM to 1 PM in LaSalle. The weather looks beautiful, so come soak up these last golden days of the season with bread, pretzels, cookies, pizza kits, wellness goodies, golf carts, dogs, and all the good vibes.

And don’t forget, October 19 will be the final in-person Sourdough Sunday before we move to online ordering only starting November 2.

Pre-orders are highly recommended: visit solfoodcollective.com/sourdough or click the link in bio to get your order in by Thursday at 6 PM.

Sourdough Sundays are back! Mark your calendars for September 21, October 5, and October 19 from 11 AM to 1 PM!

Expect organic sourdough loaves, pretzels, cookies, and some of my wellness goodies (shower melts, body balm, sprays, rollers).

And yes, dogs are always welcome! It’s basically half bread stand, half dog park, all good vibes.

Pre-orders are open now at solfoodcollective.com → click “sourdough” and get your order in by Thursday at 6 PM. Or just DM me for the LaSalle location.

Depending on the weather, October 19 might be our last bread stand for the season. Winter plans are TBD since delivery is no longer an option, so if you’ve been meaning to stop by, now’s the time.

Alright carb lovers, it’s that time again… bread orders are open! You’ve got until Thursday at 6 PM to claim your loaf (or pretzels, or cookies… you know the drill).

Pick up is this Sunday from 11–1 in LaSalle, or just swing by the bread stand and see what’s left.

And here’s your friendly-but-important PSA: the bread stand will be closed September 7 because my sister is getting married (yay!). Which means after August 17, you won’t get bread again until September 21. That’s a long time to go without sourdough, so… plan accordingly.

DM me for the location or order at solfoodcollective.com.

Six years ago today, something kind of magical happened.

The Great Food Truck Race had just aired, and Tino reached out to say, If you’re ever back in Monroe, I’d love to collaborate.”

Well… I was back.

And within a month of barely even knowing each other, we worked together to create a wildly successful vegan pop-up that people still talk about.

Since then, he’s become one of my closest friends, and I’m so grateful for him, everything we’ve created, and everything still to come.

Because yes, we’re planning something special for you again 💛 Stay tuned.

🚨 No bread next weekend! I’ll be in LA soaking up the sun, working remotely, and giving the oven a break. (My bestie and I are gonna sneak a Beyoncé concert in the mix... Heeeey Miss Carter 😉).

If you want bread this week, pickups are THIS Sunday, May 4.
(Yes… May the 4th be with you. And your carbs.)

Might be a good time to grab two loaves so you’re not breadless on Mother’s Day. Just sayin’.

Today’s the last day to order Easter bread.

If your weekend plans include gathering around a table, I’d love to be part of it.

There’s something special about sharing something handmade, especially during the moments that matter most.

Orders close at 6PM tonight — pickup is this Saturday.

You can order at solfoodcollective.com or tap the link in my bio.

Thank you for making this part of your traditions. It means more than you know.

SolFood Collective

The Collective was started by Chef Jacquelyn Jones, featured on the Food Network, and founder of Starving and Single to bring people together to share a beautiful afternoon of self love, self care, and connection. It embodies a variety of teachers and healers to help you connect your mind, body, soul, and spirit. Jacquelyn and the teachers strongly believe in the power of making the connection between the mind and belly and want to share with others how to do so. When the mind and belly are connected, the body can live in balance. To help you make the connection, we start off with a yoga and meditation class, followed by a three course plant-based meal prepared by Chef Jacquelyn. All produce is organic, non-gmo, and sourced from our local farmers, and the meals are made from scratch. What we put into our bodies is as important as how we take care of our minds. Just as food is medicine and can prevent and cure disease, meditation can change the structure of your brain. We at the Collective focus on teaching you how to make the connection and live a balanced life. When you spend the afternoon with us, you'll relax your mind, move your body, and fill your belly with a plant-based meal. Chef Jacquelyn shares her story on how she healed herself using food as medicine, explains the nutritional advantage in each dish served, and sends you off with a tasty gift and recipe card. It's a luxurious experience you don't want to miss.
