Build nutrition habits that bend with your summer.☀️
The Summer Flex program is designed to help you build flexible yet focused nutrition habits so you can head into summer ready to maintain your goals while still enjoying everything the season has to offer.
This is not about perfection, restriction, or following a meal plan you can’t maintain. We won’t get into super individualized needs.
It’s about learning practical habits that fit real life.
Over the course of the program, you’ll receive a short daily lesson through our online coaching platform, Coach Catalyst.
To get the most out of the program, we encourage participants to stay engaged with the daily content throughout the challenge.
Topics will include:
• Protein, carbs, and fats
• Sleep and recovery
• Hydration
• Hunger cues
• Metabolism
• Simple nutrition strategies
• Recipe ideas and meal inspiration
This program is a great fit for those who have never paid much attention to their nutrition habits, as well as those who may feel out of practice and are looking to refocus, rebuild consistency, and feel better again.
Each week will also include a short check-in form to help keep you accountable and progressing throughout the month.
Summer Flex gives you the practice, accountability, and community support to make nutrition fit YOUR life.
This program is only open to current RF members.
