Build nutrition habits that bend with your summer.☀️

The Summer Flex program is designed to help you build flexible yet focused nutrition habits so you can head into summer ready to maintain your goals while still enjoying everything the season has to offer.

This is not about perfection, restriction, or following a meal plan you can’t maintain. We won’t get into super individualized needs.

It’s about learning practical habits that fit real life.

Over the course of the program, you’ll receive a short daily lesson through our online coaching platform, Coach Catalyst.

To get the most out of the program, we encourage participants to stay engaged with the daily content throughout the challenge.

Topics will include:
• Protein, carbs, and fats
• Sleep and recovery
• Hydration
• Hunger cues
• Metabolism
• Simple nutrition strategies
• Recipe ideas and meal inspiration

This program is a great fit for those who have never paid much attention to their nutrition habits, as well as those who may feel out of practice and are looking to refocus, rebuild consistency, and feel better again.

Each week will also include a short check-in form to help keep you accountable and progressing throughout the month.

Summer Flex gives you the practice, accountability, and community support to make nutrition fit YOUR life.

This program is only open to current RF members.

Program Dates: May 25th – June 27th
(1-week prep + 4-week program)

Who: Friends/Family of our members (all fitness levels welcome)

When: May 18th - 23rd

What’s included:
Buddies can join up to 3 group workouts during the week for FREE!

Details:
Buddies must be accompanied by YOU for every session they attend.

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver.

P O W E R – T R A I N I N G

This week starts a new 4-week program at Renegade Fitness, and we’re shifting into Power — the second phase in our 3-month rotation (Hypertrophy → Power → Strength).

Power training bridges the gap between building strength and actually using it.

It helps you move with more intent, control, and athleticism — whether that’s crushing a lift, chasing your kids, or handling everyday life with ease.

As we get older, power is one of the first things to decline. When it goes, strength and coordination follow. The good news? You can train to keep it.

That’s exactly what we’re focusing on this month — teaching your body to move fast and stay in control.

💡 Why our program works

When you follow a program, you get better results.

We don’t throw together random workouts. Every session is part of a structured plan designed by coaches who have your best interests in mind.

You consistently improve — move better, feel better, get stronger, and build muscle while losing body fat more efficiently.

🔁 How our 4-week cycle works

Each week builds on the last:

Week 1 – Learn the movements and build new connections
Week 2 – Improve technique and start adding weight
Week 3 – Build intensity as strength increases
Week 4 – Challenge yourself with more weight, reps, or effort

Then we reset and start a new phase to keep things fresh and progressing.

This week starts a new 4 week program for our small group training classes!

The benefit for you?

When you follow a program it simply provides better results!

We don’t just offer a bench of randomly chosen exercises for the workout that day.

You get a workout program designed and thought through by a team of coaches that have your best interests at heart.

You consistently get better. Move better, feel better, get stronger week to week and effectively build muscle + lose body fat more efficiently.

We create our workouts in 4 week time blocks.

It’s enough variety to keep things interesting and leave you always wanting to come back for more!

Week 1 - your body is learning new exercises and developing new mind muscle connections!

Week 2 - perfect it! Your body is now familiar with the new exercises, so this week work on adding weight or trying to hit the higher end of the rep ranges on strength days.

Week 3 - you got the technique down and now its time to possibly bump things up again. You should notice the intensity of the workout picks up a bit with all your new found strength 😉

Week 4 - this is the week where you can challenge yourself the most. Try for more reps, more weight, a more challenging body position and a more intense pace on a specific cardio machines.

Week 5 - New Class Cycle Begins!

You can jump into our group program at any point and our expert coaching team will help guide you on exactly where to start based on your goals and your body.

📱 New App for easy class reservations, session booking, visit tracking & membership management

🗨️ In-App Community + Coach Chat (we’ll be phasing out our private Facebook group for a cleaner experience)

🌐 Enhanced Website Integration for simpler booking & connection

✅ Streamlined Check-In Process — coaches will manage attendance check-ins starting April 1.

While our team has been working hard behind the scenes for several weeks, you’ll begin seeing some minor changes roll out throughout March.

New Year Vibes! 🎉

What a night. We kicked off the New Year celebrating with some pretty incredible people. For the first time, members from both gyms were together, and it felt like exactly how this community should start the year. 💙

Coaching here isn’t just about workouts. It’s about showing up with you, seeing the effort you put in, and being part of the process day in and day out. This group brings consistency, support, and a lot of heart, and we’re grateful for that.

As we head into 2026, we’re thankful for every rep, every conversation, and every win big or small that we get to share with you. This place works because you show up for yourselves and for each other.
