I was put on birth control to “normalize my cycles” in high school without true informed consent.

Now I educated women on hormones. God made my struggles for good! Interesting though I won’t have a job in heaven.

This was from a few years ago but I said it back then and will say it again in gluten causes so much inflammation in the gut, it alone should be a reason to avoid gluten!

Fix your nervous system.

It’s one of the most overlooked parts of weight loss in midlife.
