Hydration is Key!

Increase your daily water/electrolytes intake weeks before your 3D4D Ultrasound appointment. This will help increase the amniotic fluid.

A little back story 📖
I was super pregnant while in the Sonography program (10+ years ago), completed clinicals while 8 months pregnant, had my daughter 2 weeks before graduation, bought a house a month later, and started my first job shortly after that! A LOT was going on!!

Having a toddler and newborn + taking call and working holidays was HARD. After 2 years of working in the hospital, I decided to venture out and start this little business of mine - and here we are 💗 I'm not saying it's been easy. A good business owner wants to rip their hair out every now and then, but that's because they care, right? 😆

Sneak Peek 3D started because of my babies, and is still here because of yours! 🤗

Did this freak you out??

No... you are not violently shaking your baby around in there 🤣

It looks aggressive, yes, but the movement is because -> your laughing shakes your belly and -> your belly shakes our camera. So the crazy movement is actually our camera moving, not your baby going bonkers.

Dont worry... theyre safe 👌😆
