Today is National Root Beer Float Day! 🧋 We had a full house on the patio and in the pub enjoying Yacht Rock and a nice cold treat. Just a few days later, Billy celebrated his 100th birthday surrounded by family and friends. The celebration was filled with laughter and plenty of birthday cake. He often shared these fond memories, so the team knew exactly what would make the perfect Tree of Dreams by bringing him back to the farm! The Waterford at Round Rock worked with resident Becky’s daughter to give her the surprise of a lifetime by restoring their family car, a 1965 Ford Mustang. Filled with memories of family vacations and drives with her late husband, Becky’s eyes filled with tears. The moment she saw the fully restored Mustang, she was overcome with emotion and gratitude. What a beautiful gift and a reminder of cherished memories!

The Waterford at Levis Commons offers Independent Living and Assisted Living in Perrysburg, Ohio. The community sits just outside of Toledo and provides affordable living with desired services and amenities. Embrace a bright future at The Waterford at Levis Commons, where desired amenities and convenient services provide residents the opportunity to live a vibrant lifestyle. Imagine an apartment home with no cooking, cleaning or maintenance — and friends next door. That’s what residents get at The Waterford with two restaurant-style meals served daily, weekly housekeeping and maintenance staff on site. Our one- and two-bedroom floor plans offer kitchens with full-sized appliances and a number of safety features for comfort and peace of mind. Our English-style pub with a fireplace is a hot spot along with the many other community features that keep our residents happy and engaged with each other. We also feature a full calendar of activities and social programs with various monthly speakers and performers to educate and entertain our residents on a regular basis. Our caring and professional staff is on call 24 hours a day, with St. Luke’s Hospital and a number of national and local pharmacies all within a short drive away. Our convenient location also affords residents a plethora of shopping, dining and recreational options all in close proximity to The Waterford

Community Life The Waterford at Levis Commons celebrates its residents with special activities, seminars and more throughout the year that bring our community together. We feature various monthly speakers and performers throughout the year to help educate and entertain our residents. The community also offers a full program of diverse and interesting recreational activities.
