g with his two nurse practitioners, Tracey Begley WHNP and Jill Nichols WHNP and a loyal staff of 9, they have provided compassionate excellence for their patients. They offer expert diagnosis and treatment for routine lifelong women's health issues like pap smears, adolescent and reproductive age menstrual care, menopausal hormonal care, uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, STD's, and sexual dysfunction. They also offer subspecialty care for endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary and f***l incontinence. They a proud to offer state of the art services for in office incontinence testing, hysteroscopy, IUD placement, pessary maintenance, Mona Lisa Touch for genitourinary syndrome of menopause, neuromodulation for overactive bladder, and urethral bulking for stress urinary incontinence. Surgically, Dr. Croak is considered a national expert in reconstructive and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He has multiple publications and has performed over 1,000 robotic surgeries and also offers vaginal surgery. He recently was inducted into the American College of Osteopathic OBGYN's as a Distinguished Fellow, he is the only gynecologic surgeon in the NW Ohio area to ever be inducted into the prestigious Society of Gynecologic Surgeons, and he sits on the American Board of Osteopathic OBGYN's as a National Examiner for his subspecialty. The pelvic floor therapy arm of the practice is led by Karen Liberi MS MPT WCS and has 4 therapist total. They are one of the few therapy practices in the region that strictly focuses on problems of the pelvic floor such as weakness, urinary and f***l incontinence, pain, incoordination, and prenatal strengthening. Together, both the medical surgical practice and the pelvic therapy practice compliment each other to provide their patients with a complete array of treatment options yo help improve one's quality of life.
