We are pleased to announce that ten of our amazing staff members have completed their training and are now Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP)! 🤩 The CDP training is in partnership with America’s Dementia Coach and the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). This program is designed to provide training to healthcare professionals in long-term care communities to enhance dementia care practices! Way to go team! We are so proud of you all for this incredible achievement and the exceptional care you all provide to our residents! 💙

✨ Rehab Spotlight ✨

Mr. D has been working with our physical therapy team for a month now and is doing an amazing job! Before Mr. D began physical therapy he was unable to walk and was using a wheelchair. His goals were to be able to walk again and regain his balance/strength! Fast forward today, Mr. D is now walking 600+ feet with the use of a cane!! Wow! 🤩 We are so proud of Mr. D for continuing to work hard at his goals and the progress he has made! We are so grateful to be a part of his therapy journey! 💙
