Tips for Healthy, Happy Feet and Ankles:

Warm up and stretch before every game or practice
Wear supportive, sport-specific footwear
Don’t ignore pain or swelling — early care prevents long-term issues

👟 Find Your Perfect Running or Walking Shoe! 🏃‍♀️

The right shoes can make all the difference in comfort, performance, and injury prevention. Here’s how to pick the perfect pair:

🌤️ Shop Later in the Day: Feet naturally swell throughout the day — trying shoes in the afternoon ensures a better fit.
✅ Toe Room: Leave about a thumb’s width between your toes and the end of the shoe.
🚶‍♂️ Test Drive: Think you found the right fit? Walk or jog around the store to check comfort and fit.
🧦 Wear the Right Socks: Try on shoes with the same type of socks you’ll wear when running or walking.
🦶 Know Your Arch Type: Flat, neutral, or high arches may need different levels of support or cushioning.

Strong steps start with the right shoes!

🦶 Bunion Basics & Better Foot Health!

We’re here to help you understand and care for your feet — starting with bunions, one of the most common foot concerns.

✨ What is a Bunion?
A bunion is a bony bump that forms at the joint of the big toe, often causing discomfort, redness, or difficulty wearing shoes. Over time, it can impact your gait and daily comfort if left unaddressed.

📍 Tips for Foot-Friendly Living:
• 👟 Choose supportive footwear with a wide toe box
• 🧦 Avoid pointy, tight shoes that squeeze your toes
• 🦵 Maintain a healthy weight to reduce pressure on your feet
• 🦶 Ask us about targeted therapies!

💬 Experiencing bunion pain?
Don’t wait — early care can make a huge difference, and we'd love to see you.
