Midwest Total Urgent care is looking for a full-time medical assistant to join our team! Please apply at www.midwesttotalurgentcare.com

Requirements:
-Greet patients and assist them with registration process.
-Check patients in to be seen by the provider.
-Prepare examination rooms and necessary equipment and supplies.
-Administer medications.
-Perform simple laboratory and screening tests.
-Assist providers with procedures.
-Schedule patients for procedures and treatments within the medical office or outside specialty clinic.
-Collect payment and record insurance documentation, such as co-payments.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, etc.
-Medical Assistant Certification required
-Resume required

Ashley is our Office Manager & Medical Assistant. She has an identical mirror twin sister named Amber.
Dava is our Physician Assistant. She has a fraternal twin brother named Drake.
Tiffany is one of our Phlebotomist. She has an identical twin sister named Brandy.

We are teaming up with Cape Family Medical Clinic to bring Primary Care within MWTUC! Appointments available on a Mondays and Wednesdays 8am-5pm by calling 573-332-7992.

“Meet the Staff Monday", is continuing! Meet Jessica! Jessica was born in Kentucky and transitioned her way to our small town of Perryville when she was 14 years old. She has 6 years of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities and is currently pursuing a career in psychiatric nursing. In Jessica’s free time outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her daughter, Juniper, as well as being outdoors and traveling. You may have already met Jessica if you have came into the clinic as she acts in more position than one. We like to refer to her the life of the clinic because of her hilarious personality. She is dedicated to her work and is ready to assist all of the patients at Midwest Total Urgent Care!

This weeks employee for "Meet the Staff Monday", is Ashley! Ashley was born and raised in Perryville and is one of the first faces you will see when you walk into Midwest Total Urgent Care as she mainly assists our patients with registration. Ashley graduated with her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 and she has over 8 years of experience with geriatric rehabilitation. When Ashley is not at MWTUC, she loves spending time with her husband Josh and her dogs, Nala and Coach. You may have already met Ashley if you have came into the clinic. We like to refer to her as Ashley #2 or Ashley T. She has dedicated her career to serving and caring for others and is ready to assist all of the patients at Midwest Total Urgent Care!

We are bringing back our "Meet the Staff Mondays", highlights! Meet Dava! Dava is a graduate from SIU School of Medicine PA Program in 2019. She is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with 3 years of experience. Dava is also trained in orthopedics to help guide all of our patients in the right direction with injuries, fractures or pain. Outside of working in urgent care, Dava loves to spend time with her husband Graham, her dog Mia, family and friends. You may have already met Dava if you’ve made a visit into the clinic, but if you’d love to see her smiling face, stop in any day throughout the week and she will be there to assist you! She is excited to provide exceptional care to the Perryville Community😊
