To all my friends, family, clients, community, and other loving people who follow me….
It has been my pleasure to serve my community & Missouri for almost 20 years now by being on multiple boards, volunteering, hosting charitable events, donating to every silent auction/dinners/schools that have asked, sponsoring many Chamber & chartiable causes, etc. because of all I have done (& continue to do) in 2020 I was awarded the International Sergeant Schriver Award. Sergeant Schriver was John F. Kennedy‘s brother-in-law and he founded the action agencies in our nation to combat poverty through education and other means. It was such a surprise that The East Missouri Action Agency (EMAA) submitted my story because of all the people out there that have done great things, how could my story, & what I have done, measure up to any of those? I am Missouri’s only winner & I hold it with great honor 🥹. Not many local people know about me receiving this award because when you do things out of the kindness of your heart, you’re not looking for anything in return so it’s not something I share with people or gloat about, but I’m asking for something in return now…. 🙏
The Lord wants me to leave my comfort zone. He wants to take my feet to all ends of the earth and help women who have been traumatized, human trafficed, or just struggling. These women need to know about Jesus!! They need hope, joy, love, & a sound mind.
With my childhood abuse, trauma, abusive marriage, homelessness, single parenting, and so forth…God has equipped me to help these women as I practically do this daily in my business to begin with. Doing this will be my greatest life success, not my business, not my skills, THIS. Helping these women to know Christ!
