1️⃣ That everybody deserves access to my energy.

I had to unlearn the belief that being “nice” meant being endlessly available. My intuition has never lied it warned me about people long before my mind caught up. Now I protect my peace like it’s sacred currency.

2️⃣ That shrinking myself keeps the peace.

I learned the hard way that dimming my light doesn’t make anyone more comfortable it only disconnects me from myself.
I stopped apologizing for my gifts, my awareness, my spiritual growth and I started standing in my truth without flinching.

I had to unlearn the idea that I needed validation to trust what I feel. My journey taught me that intuition > opinions.
