Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices
Collect and sort all invoice, credit, bill, and order statements
Process payment through various channels
Issue reminder and final notice statements to dilatory and delinquent
Record and update all payment in accounting software
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

The world’s dynamic is changing and so are we. That is why is so important to look after our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the ones we love.

Sometimes, it’s not easy to disconnect and prioritize your well-being over your productivity. But it’s important to take the time to recharge. Specially in these difficult times.

Check in with yourself and see if you are having enough rest at night, meditate, eat well, exercise... keep this as a daily reminder. Have a great week.

What is your definition of taking care of yourself ? Our Mental Health is literally at the core of all that we do. Yet it’s the part that we neglect the most. It’s about time that we understand that we don’t only go to the doctors to take care of our body but we must also take care of our mind.

Our mental health should be a priority. If we don’t protect and invest in it, everything around us will surely crumble. It’s not enough for us to just talk about protecting our mental health, we have to actually “practice what we preach”. ⁣

Make sure you invest in your mental health ladies and gentlemen.

It’s Friday !! Remember to be kind ! A little kindness can go a long way. You may not even realise the impact a kind comment or gesture can have on another person. Especially when times are tough, knowing you are appreciated is such a pick me up! You could comment on a stranger's outfit or hair.

There is a popular misconception that sadness is synonymous with depression.

It is often said that depression is a mood that you can just “snap out of”. The truth is that depression is a complex mental health condition. It involves genetics, hormones, health, nutrition and neurotransmitters. Environmental and sociological factors such as a history of trauma, a lack of social support, a recent loss, heartbreak and poverty among other factors can all play a part in depression. While depression can be profoundly isolating, it is also widespread. Because it is so common, people who have not experienced depression themselves often dismiss it. It is crucial to note that depression can be debilitating, making it difficult to work, have relationships or enjoy daily life. Every person’s experience of depression is different. For some, it may feel physical causing headaches or muscle pain. Others may express their pain as anger towards others which can cause relationship conflict which amplifies their depression. Gaining knowledge about depression may help to make the recovery process quicker and more manageable for you and your loved ones.

Anxiety feels different depending on the person experiencing it. Feelings can range from butterflies in your stomach to a racing heart. You might feel out of control, like there’s a disconnect between your mind and body.

Of course, anxiety is so much more than worrying or a feeling of nervousness.

Other ways people experience anxiety include nightmares, panic attacks, and painful thoughts or memories that you can’t control. You may have a general feeling of fear and worry, or you may fear a specific place or event.

Your anxiety symptoms might be totally different from someone else’s. That’s why it’s important to know all the ways anxiety can present itself.

Symptoms of general anxiety include:
* increased heart rate
* rapid breathing
* restlessness
* trouble concentrating
* difficulty falling asleep
