LOCATION: Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa
POSITION: Part-time on agreed upon days
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Unpaid/volunteer
PURPOSE: To decide whether the field of longevity/integrative/functional medicine is a good fit for the nurse practitioner and the nurse practitioner is a good fit for the team of Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa. To provide foundational education about hormone optimization, longevity testing, peptides, and related procedures to improve “healthspan”, not just lifespan.
TIME FRAME: Shadowing shall occur for a minimum of one month and maximum of six months before decision is made by either party to end this shadowing agreement without cause or by both parties to move forward to a full or part-time position where said nurse practitioner would lay hands on patients to further his/her longevity medicine education process.
BENEFITS: Nurse practitioner will gain highly sought-after longevity medicine shadowing experience provided by an MD and her staff without financial cost to nurse practitioner.
