Adirondack Breathe Easy Salt Cave will be closing until April 10,2020 as a precautionary measure due to the Coronavirus. Even though there are no confirmed cases in our community we want to be proactive and keep everyone safe. We will keep everyone updated through our page.

**Important info if you have a few mins please read**

Just a reminder of our policy since it is cold and flu season
If you are sick, vomiting, diarrhea, temperature we ask you do not come to the salt cave for treatment until 48 hours after you feel better.
The salt cave is a good preventive treatment to boost your immune system. It is also good for after care once you have been sick to help boost your immune system and kill any lingering viruses or bacteria in your body.
It is also good to help with non contagious respiratory problems such as Asthma, COPD ,emphysema ,etc.
It is good for sinus and allergy problems too.
Our salt cave is more sterile then an operating room. It kills viruses and bacteria. As for our lobby and restroom we do have the salt being pumped through our HVAC system but it is not a high dose strength so we will be using antibacterial wipes and sprays for extra caution. Some people may be bothered by the cleaning smell in the lobby but it is for everyone’s well being. (there is not a long wait in the lobby anyways).
If you have a few mins please read the article posted below – interesting facts about salt and killing flu viruses. Scientist and Biomedical engineers have been studying it since 2015 and are even more ramped up about getting salt mask available within the next 2 years.

The salt coating, which has been under development since 2015, essentially works to kill any particles of the virus it comes into contact with.
