Join me for a Senior Health Fair on Thursday, October 2, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby!

This free event will feature important resources, information, and health screenings to help seniors stay healthy and connected.

Assisted Living week has come to an end but not before enjoying the outdoors Friday with a water balloon fight and Saturday (China day) lunch outing to House of Hunan
