🌟 Employee Spotlight: Chris Krauss, Dietary Manager 🌟

Chris began her career in dietary services in a hospital setting, where she worked for 25 years. She later earned her nursing degree and spent some time living in the UK. After returning, she joined Aperion Care Peru in 2016 as a Housekeeper and soon transitioned into her current role as Dietary Manager.

Chris shares that she finds true happiness and fulfillment in serving others. She loves her residents and seeing them smile when they greet her. Her residents and team are her biggest motivation, inspiring her each day to make a difference.

In her spare time, Chris enjoys attending concerts and visiting casinos with her husband. She also loves to bake—it’s her happy place! They are especially excited as they look forward to welcoming their first grandchild this June.

Thank you, Chris, for your continued dedication and for the great care (and fantastic singing skills!) you bring to everyone at Aperion Care Peru. 🧡💙

Introducing our new Employee Spotlights! 🌟

As we wrap up Social Work Month, we’re excited to kick off these spotlight posts with Lynelle Williams, Social Services Director!

Lynelle has been part of our team for nearly eight years, bringing over 30 years of experience in the field. Her diverse background includes long-term care, special education, and supporting single parents through job placement and educational opportunities.

She lives by the words, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing and give thanks in everything,” a mindset that shines through in both her work and her life.

In her spare time, Lynelle enjoys reading, watching movies and spending quality time with her family. When her daughters were younger, she loved camping and traveling. Today, she is devoted to caring for her parents.

We are grateful for Lynelle’s compassion, dedication and the positive impact she makes every day. 🧡💙
