Good evening!!! Just a friendly reminder to book out your appointments!!! Shannon’s evenings are booked out until end of October already and has no more Saturdays available indefinitely. Becky will be adding some more Saturdays here and there and Greg’s schedule is also filling up about a month out!
Always grateful and thankful for all our clients!!!

Good evening everyone!!
So I wanted to make a post about some changes that will take place next year. I have made the decision to stop taking new clients come the first of the new year.
My regular client schedule is so full, so taking on new clients is getting a little overwhelming as I am booked almost 3 months out. Greg will be taking on most of them from this point out!
I am also going to be taking my last evening clients at 5:00. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause in the future. As always, thank you for your understanding, continued support and loyalty ❤️❤️

Good afternoon everyone 😊
I would like to take a moment to gently remind everyone that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy with a $25 fee for missed appointments or last minute cancellations. We haven’t been too strict on this policy as we haven’t had too many issues like we are having now!!!We send out multiple reminders for your appointment the day before so please just cancel the appointment if you know you can’t make it. Our time is just as valuable as yours so please take that into consideration.
If you call the office to cancel please leave a voicemail, we do not call back missed calls as we get so many spam calls so leaving a voicemail is key with our office. You can also text the office phone to cancel , or email or contact us personally as most of our clients have our personal cell phone numbers.
We will be enforcing this policy more strictly now.
As always , we appreciate your support and loyalty!! Have a great up coming weekend ahead 😊😊🩷🩷

Our office phone does not accept text messages any more. So if you need to change an appointment or cancel, please call and leave a message or you can email us.
So to whoever texted us , we can not read the message, the phone is so old that i won’t let me open the messages because the storage is full but yet i have no apps on the office phone
I am in the process of getting a new office phone and am sorry for the inconvenience ☺️

Good afternoon everyone!! I’d like to say that we added another therapist to our team!!! Please let’s welcome Becky to the CMW family! She will be working a limited schedule to start on Saturday April 26th from 10-4!!! Her schedule is available now for online booking!! We will add some more Saturdays in the future once we have some more dates available to put online! Feel free to get online and book an appointment with her! She’s starting to get back into massage therapy again and I think this is a good place to start 😊

Good morning!!! Just wanted to put a new policy up online so everyone can see it, I did post it on the website a few weeks ago as well.
** If you are on a standing appointment and cancel 3 consecutive appointments in a row, the standing appointment will be taken off and regular online self booking will need to take place **
