This Sunday!! Come out to Island View Park Pavilion at 6p for a relaxing sound bath with singing bowls, hand pan, rain stick, and thunder maker 🤗 donations welcomed and if you plan on coming and need a mat and/or pillow let me know ahead of time.

Hey everyone! Some big announcements:
Last yoga class in Ellenburg Center will be next Monday 12/18. Come January I will be moving to St. Lawrence County and will be taking a pause from offering classes to rest and prepare to have a baby. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have gotten to know the yogis of Clinton County and will miss you all ♥️
