I’m currently fascinated by trauma and the nervous system, in particular as it relates to our relationship to achievement, productivity and work.
Here’s what I’m exploring:
What’s the difference between the work I do because my nervous system is keyed up and I’m unconsciously over-doing from a place of proving something and the work I do from a rested, restored place of wholeness?
A lot, it seems. The latter produces way bigger results, much more creative flow and innovation, and way less stress.
Turns out the system of managing time and energy that I practice and share has the powerful side-effect (or perhaps core purpose) of healing the nervous system.
I didn’t consciously know that’s what I was doing but I did know that experiencing time as as an embodied resource and approaching it cyclically calmed me way the F down.
And it has also helped me achieve far greater results with far less friction.
I’m offering the core elements of this system to you starting today for free because I want you to have them.
Because the world needs more people who know how to calm their nervous systems.
Because we’re in desperate need of a new approach to work.
It’s my gift to you, just as it started out as my gift to myself, an anxious-leaning, over-achieving perfectionist who really needed to feel held.
So she found a way to hold herself.

When I mention productivity as a trauma response, what comes up for you?
A big thank you to , and for inspiring this current quest I’m on.
