Spring is here and with Easter comes new beginnings. If you want to leave something behind and are just not making it happen, I can help. I’m a hypnotherapist, a person who helps you look behind the curtain of the relational or conscious mind to the programs of beliefs and experiences.
We all have experiences, we form beliefs based on how we interpreted those experiences. Our mind has good intentions and only wants actions that fit our beliefs, it doesn’t judge outcomes.
