✨ This Giving Tuesday, we’re celebrating a year of meaningful inclusion—and inviting you to help us grow.
In 2025, Inclusive Compass hosted our 5th Inclusion Festival, and it was our most successful one yet. Families, youth, adults, community partners, performers, and artists all came together in a space designed for connection, joy, and accessibility.
Beyond the festival, we brought our Sensory Regulation Stations—a calming, supportive space where individuals can ground themselves, regulate, and re-enter the environment feeling safer and more centered - to community gatherings all across Sonoma County. From farmers markets and fairs to Special Olympics events and Pride celebrations, these stations made a real difference. This year alone, over 3,000 people used our supports. That’s 3,000 moments where someone felt welcomed, valued, and able to engage more authentically within the community.
And we’re just getting started.
🌟 Our vision for 2026 is bold:
• Expanding Inclusion Festival to a professional event venue with easier parking, increased accessibility, and more capacity.
• Upgrading our Sensory Regulation Stations with hydration options, cooling tools, pet-friendly features, and enhanced access supports.
• Doubling our inventory so we can provide multiple stations on the same day as requests continue to grow.
To make this happen, we’re asking for your support. Here are five ways you can help Inclusive Compass create even more inclusive spaces in 2026:
