⭐Community Member Spotlight⭐

Today we are highlighting the wonderful Breanne Benward! Many of you know about our Monday Weekly Community Yoga Class, which has been running for more than a year now, and led by the amazing Dana Christian Lee!

Breanne has stepped in as a substitute instructor several times, and has been an absolute JOY to get to know and work with!

Her calm energy has kept the space feeling cozy and inviting, while her thoughtful teaching style has made the class accessible to all levels.

Not only is it incredible that the class has existed for over a year now, but it is inspiring when different community members step up and volunteer to help keep it going, as a team!

We are grateful for you Breanne!

Today we are thrilled to announce a brand new 10-week Qigong series, which begins Sunday Oct 12 at 12pm!

Join us for a nourishing journey through the ancient practice of Qigong, a moving meditation that harmonizes breath, intention, and gentle movement to awaken the body’s innate energy—known as Qi.

In this class, we’ll explore the Five Elements of the Taoist Medicine—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—each corresponding to organ systems, emotional states, and natural rhythms. Through flowing movements and subtle breathwork, you’ll learn how to balance these elements within your body, release stagnation, and cultivate greater vitality, emotional resilience, and inner harmony.

This class is accessible to all levels and offers a beautiful way to ground, center, and reconnect with the wisdom of nature within.

Led by Feather Rose Marie, who has two decades of experience in the space, and hosted at UCC Petaluma, this will be a very special opportunity to not miss!
