Our Story

Redwood Community Health Coalition (RCHC) community health centers serve as the health homes for 53% of the Medi-Cal population and the vast majority of the uninsured in RCHC’s 4-county region of Napa, Marin, Sonoma and Yolo counties.

Our 17 member health centers serve over 232,000 patients, including 124,000 Medi-Cal patients and over 64,000 uninsured individuals. Fifty-one percent of patients reported are Latino, 33% are best served in a language other than English, 56% of patients have incomes under 100% FPL and only 6% of patients have incomes over the 200% FPL. Of the 232,000 individuals served by RCHC community health centers in 2016, about 57% were living in Sonoma County, 19% in Marin County, 13% in Napa County and 11% in Yolo County.
