🌸 We have a spring challenge coming for you!

I have been implementing Yoga Snacks into my days since I became a Mama over 10 years ago. And in this past year, I’ve been able to share over twenty of them with you all!

I love them because they are:

🌻 Easy and quick!
🧘 Doable for everyone and every -body-
🦋 Simple! Consistency over complication.
🌴The body keeps score, these all add up for mental, emotional and physical wellness.
🌼 Tested over and over again, these are my personal well-loved practices.

This challenge is meant to encourage you to BREATHE and take care of yourself and your nervous system throughout the day. We can’t wait for the ‘perfect’ moment to take care of our physical and mental health because those moments are too far and few between.
This is a way to integrate healthy mindfulness practices simply and slowly but intentionally and *most importantly* consistently.

Here’s your chance to try them out and even be rewarded for it beyond the obvious delicious wellness that comes with Yoga Snacking!

The kids’ favorite after school snack. Organic popcorn popped in ghee, finished with olive oil, sea salt and nutritional yeast.

How to say you’re a Waldorf fam without saying you’re a Waldorf fam! ;-) This snack has been served in every Waldorf preschool, kindergarten, school, camp, etc. we’ve ever attended and we love it. So much of what I offer in our home is inspired by our Waldorf schools and our teachers. Always simple, always intentional and always full of love. 💗
