Mothers can start whenever they are ready, from very newly postpartum to anytime with your pre-crawling baby. We will safely move, stretch and strengthen while learning about pelvic health and the postpartum experience in the body and mind. Nourishing the nervous system is an important part of this class. Although mostly for mothers, we sprinkle in fun songs, massage and movement for the babes.

Nourished Mama WORKSHOPS

We all have a love language, and one of mine is definitely gifting. That said, I try to resist consumerism for more reasons than I can count. But, I also understand where I live, the community I serve, and the desire to give thoughtful, genuinely useful gifts to the people you love… or to your mama-self, for heaven’s sake.
