Spring “Break” ⛷️🩼 🏥

Life can change in a moment and your trajectory shifts. One lesson I have continued to learn over and over again over the past five years is the lesson of adaptability. From moment to moment we breathe, we move, we make choices, we respond and we adapt all the while trying to stay present as we move through the lessons life brings without judgment. Not good, not bad, just is ❤️

I will miss leading you all on the mat over the next few weeks as I let my bones heal, my soft tissues rebuild and my resiliency strengthen. You will see me around the studio though because one thing I have learned through all of my injuries and setbacks is that you never stop moving. ❤️

Another term of grad school completed. ✔️ time to take a breath and recharge 🪫 I’ll see you all on the mat next week! ❤️
