s tantric practice is better known as kundalini meditation. This meditation allows each individual to deeply experience their own direct, inner connection to the Divine. This practice focuses on awakening the powerful transformative force called "kundalini"-- the Divine energy that is always present, already within every human being. When it flows through us, kundalini washes away our deepest tensions and expands our flow of creative energy. The experience of our Kundalini is supported by Shaktipat, the transmission of a living spiritual energy through an initiated teacher. The teacher: A student of Swami Khecaranatha since 2002, Elena Portacolone has taught the theory and practice of Kundalini meditation for many years. In 2005 Swami Khecaranatha initiated her as a teacher in this lineage. Swami Khecaranatha is a lineage holder of Tantric Shaivism in the Shaktipat Lineage of Bhagavan Nityananda and Swami Rudrananda. The free one-hour class will start with a guided meditation and will end with Q&A. New practicers need to reserve a free intro class at 6pm.
