Last year's series had wonderful resonance for participants and here's another chance for people to get together LIVE. Lots of interaction with some practice with partners - this isn't purely lecture, this is an EXPERIENCE, so best to attend the webinars as they happen. Even though this is a connected series of webinars, each webinar is also independent, so you can register for all, several, or just one. All of the webinars will be recorded and available to participants in case you cannot attend live.
Each session is is about an hour, beginning at 4:00 PM PT

I could feel the energy move up and shake my small, sunburned shoulders as I stood up on my new two-wheel bike and pushed down the pedal with my red tennis shoe-covered foot.

It was my first flight to freedom. A very wobbly start to freedom, but a start.

The sunshine hit the bell on my bike and reflected up into my eyes and I felt like I was riding into a ball of fire. As I pushed the pedal down, I wobbled to one side, the other pedal rose up, and down my red tennie would go.

By golly, I was riding a big person’s bike and no more three-wheel bikes for me!

The Next Step...

Deep breath, feel my feet, disease does not define me.

I want to thank everyone who acknowledged my story. I want you to know that the surgery was a success. The cancer was removed, and the margins are clear. Through the prayers and healing energy that was flowing my way, I turned and faced the darkness of cancer and was strengthened for this path I need to walk. I couldn’t have done this alone and again family and community is the garden that supports me in my growth.

Your body holds the stories of ancestors who have shaped you. Through your ancestors, your body was built as a temple where you spend your days and nights to watch the world revolve. We live in the land of our body that was molded, blended and shaped by ancestors.

From ocean to ocean – my body is wide
Tree limbs bending in the wind – I am flexible
Clouds floating by – I reach for them creating length
Remembering where I came from,
the present moment and where I might be going –
I feel my depth

I have heard this quote for years, through music I love that so easily moves me to Spirit. And it has been a recent blossoming of my body and soul to understand what it means to "see the light in the strangest of places" (Robert Hunter). Winter is here, the beautiful hibernation time of year when we have an opportunity to rest in the arms of the Mother Earth.

The light begins to return and the rains moisten our skin and soften us for what is to come next. With the fast pace of the world today, we tend to forget what it means to slow down, and winter is a great gift to remind us.

We are the seed that is hidden in the darkness, drinking in the nutrients of our spirit, softening so that we can crack open for the growth of the next step on our path.
