I was recently invited to present my case study on “Yoga Therapy for the management of symptoms of medical trauma”. I shared evidence demonstrating a *40%+ reduction* in pain & fatigue in a highly complex medical trauma case. The client endured multiple spinal surgeries and had comorbidities like Hashimoto’s, Celiac disease, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. She was in constant, excruciating pain 90% of the time and, having exhausted all other treatment options, turned to Yoga therapy as a last resort.

At the conference, I presented the results of a 12-week focused Yoga therapy regimen. This personalized approach resulted in a *40%+* reduction in her pain and fatigue
And she is now able to get up and down from the floor unassisted, showing significant progress from where she started. The key was focused guidance on these ancient practices.

Through Prana Zone, I continue to witness firsthand how these traditional practices provide tangible healing benefits for individuals with severe conditions. ❤️

My 1st offering of the year!

A rejuvenating practice of relaxation and gentle musculoskeletal activation techniques for body and mind to give you relief from your chronic back pain while strengthening your core. Yoga therapy is a series of practices that combine neurological, emotional, and physiological aspects to manage your pain and other related aspects of life.
1. Gentle stretches to strengthen your core
2. Postures to relax targeted muscles or nerves to alleviate pain
3. Corrective postures for prevention
4. Mindfulness meditation to practice peace of mind, de-stress and manage pain
5. Mind over Body meditation to self-manage pain to take its edge off.
6. Small group series (6-8 people) for personalized practice appropriate for your health situation.
7. Six sessions over 6 weeks to internalize all important aspects of the practice.

I also work with aging population in assisted-living and memory care facilities.
Yoga therapy sessions are personalized to client’s condition and needs, and typically lasts 60-90 minutes. Sessions can include movement, breath work, mindfulness, guided relaxation and reflection exercises.
