Muir Wood Teen Treatment provides individualized, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate care through both outpatient and residental treatment programs for teens ages 12-17 struggling with mental health and substance use challenges. Muir Wood Teen Treatment Center provides comprehensive, individualized treatment for adolescents who are suffering from drug and alcohol abuse or addiction as well as co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety or personality disorders.

Today, we’re honoring Jeff Erbst, our Director of Academics, on his 7-year work anniversary at Muir Wood Teen Treatment. Jeff’s dedication to helping teens stay engaged in learning while navigating substance use and mental health challenges has shaped countless recovery journeys.

Through his leadership, our academic program has become a place of structure, compassion, and achievement—helping students rebuild confidence and stay connected to their futures during treatment.

Muir Wood Healthcare hosted our Open House for our “new” Clovis/Fresno IOP yesterday and to continue expanding access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment for teens and their families in The Central Valley. Thank you to David Tangipa, Assembly Member and Shannon Grove, California State Senator, for sending representatives to support us. A big thank you to Fresno Chamber of Commerce for hosting our ribbon cutting.
