next time you could use a guide to the underworld, I got you! I think my last post was all about how Nidra isn’t just a gateway to sleep, lol. But I’ve had so many requests for one that is so I am happy to give you this intentional lullaby.

When you are feeling dysregulated, you don’t necessarily need to remember all your grounding tools. You could just grab someone you trust and ask them to lay down with you!

Our nervous systems continuously read cues from the people around us — through breath, voice tone, facial expression, and subtle body language. When the brain perceives safety in another person, the vagus nerve helps shift the body out of stress mode and into a calmer parasympathetic state. Breathing slows, heart rhythms stabilize, and the body begins to regulate in response to the steadiness of the other nervous system.
