As we wrap up this Year of the Snake AND a “9 year” in numerology, we are poised to complete cycles and shed everything we don’t want to take into our new, upleveled timeline. One of the most powerful things we can shed are outdated beliefs and tendencies that keep your nervous system dysregulated. Embodied meditation practices, EFT Tapping and Dreamwork are potent approaches that address unprocessed emotions stuck in the subconscious (body), while dreaming into what’s possible. On Feb. 17, 2026 we will enter the Year of the Fire Horse. This is go-time! The more we can tend to our shadow in the weeks leading up to this shift, the more resilience we will have as life starts to gallop swiftly towards our dreams!

Floor culture:

Floor culture is slow and embodied. It’s sensory and sensual. It invites you back into your body in the most unhurried way… heart coherence, hips unwinding, spine aligning, breath syncing with the natural rhythm of your inseparable connection with all that is.
Natural fibers make a difference — the warmth, the give, the beauty, the way they meet your weight. There’s a steadiness there. A kind of quiet companionship. Your nervous system recognizes it instantly.
This is what we practice inside The Yin Lounge: returning to the floor, returning to the body, returning to soulfulness, intuition, natural rhythm. returning home.
