Elevation PT is excited to launch “A Crash Course in Fall Prevention!”

This series focuses on balance, balance reactions, strength, how to fall and get up from a fall and offers a customized home program to each participant!

First Group Begins April 7th

This class meets once per week for 6 weeks and is limited to 6 participants.

The series will stay on rotation, so if you miss out on the first go around, more opportunities await!
