This part of the process is such a visceral sensory experience: the texture and feel of each herb as it is lovingly placed in the bowl, the beauty of the batch before mixing, the smells that emanate from the blending process, the sound of the plants blending together, and the taste of each magical cup of tea that follows.

✨Yesterday was a magical day✨

It was the culmination of the last 7 and a half months of delving into the wisdom of the earth, of communing with the plants, and learning how to harness their power for a holistic approach to wellness.

We refer to herbalism as “alternative” medicine, however it was here long before any modern day Western approaches. I am honored to be a part of this lineage and to share all that I’ve learned with those who feel called to collaborate with plants to find a gentle path towards wellness.
