Here’s a photo of my little pumpkins. Each one individual and I had such a different experience with them as babies. My first was hard because it was my first, my second was a bit more needy and my third was super chill. As your postpartum doula I can help you adjust to the individual needs of your baby which can make the first few weeks a little easier for your new family ❤️

I am so grateful for all the kindness I have been shown lately that I’m offering 12 hours of in-home Postpartum Doula care FREE, that’s a $300 value!
My time with the family needs to be completed by thanksgiving and baby must be younger than 12 weeks old on completion. Family must also be within 12 miles of Peterborough.

What is a Postpartum Doula?
They are part of your support team when you become a new parent. They support you by providing:
*Evidenced-based information on things such as infant feeding as well as emotional and physical recovery from birth
*Mother-baby bonding
*Infant soothing
*Basic newborn care, and so much more.
Research shows that moms, dads, and babies have an easier time with this transition if a good support team is in place ❤️

Studies have shown that babies who are worn cry less which helps decrease parental anxiety. Baby wearing give you the opportunity to bond with your baby and the freedom to get a few things done.

Its been a while over here trying to figure things out during this pandemic but it doesn't mean I haven't been thinking about all the new moms and how this has impacted you in an already stressful time.
