Congratulations to Louise Germain, Monadnock Community Hospital Employee of the Month for March! Louise’s journey at MCH spans nearly 29 years. She began her career as an LPN before joining MCH in Radiology, balancing work with raising her young family. During COVID, she transitioned to Registration and Central Scheduling, where she continues to be a calm, compassionate voice for patients navigating stressful moments.

One recent nomination says it best: “Louise went above & beyond to help ease my fears.” After calling on New Year’s Eve, anxious about CT results, a patient reached Louise, who immediately secured a same-day appointment.

Louise loves the patient care aspect of her role. During a snowstorm, a caller told her, “You guys are heroes and warriors for being there.” Moments like that affirm what she’s always believed: do what you love, and if you don’t love it, it’s time to make a change.

To Louise, MCH “feels like home.” And to her colleagues and patients, she helps make it feel that way. Louise, thank you for the heart you bring to MCH every day.
