For more than 25 years, Monadnock Orthopaedic Associates, a service of Monadnock Community Hospital, has proudly served patients of the Monadnock region by helping them feel better, move better, and live better. We’re now seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and PM&R team.

If you’re passionate about spine, musculoskeletal, and pain management care, you’ll thrive in our collaborative orthopedic environment while working closely with experienced physicians, developing comprehensive treatment plans, managing medications, and providing meaningful follow-up care. You’ll also have access to minimally invasive procedures, on-site ultrasound, and fluoroscopic-guided interventions.

Join us at Monadnock Community Hospital for our Parkinson’s Support Group! The group meets on the first Wednesday of every month, from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM at the Bond Wellness Center Conference Room. All are welcome, registration is not required.

We welcome patients with Parkinson’s, their families, and caregivers to a supportive space for open conversations and peer support. Each session features rotating guest speakers, offering valuable insights and shared experiences.

Monadnock Community Hospital is looking for a passionate Licensed Social Worker to join our outpatient team. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with medical providers to support patients across primary care, outpatient behavioral health, and emergency services. From brief therapy and psychosocial assessments to crisis intervention and care coordination, you’ll help patients navigate hardships with compassion and clinical skill.

As an outpatient social worker, you will be able to provide short-term individual, family, and group therapy, collaborate with primary care and specialty providers, support patients and families during emergency department consultations, and help ensure smooth transitions to the right level of care while working in a collaborative community-focused environment. You’ll also play an important role in connecting patients to community resources and strengthening continuity of care beyond discharge.
