Make sure you are getting as much rest as a cat would. They sleep 18-20 hours per day so that should be sufficient for this lower energy phase. 🤣

Seriously though, it’s time to take some time for yourself so you can get clear on what it is you would like to bring in this month.

Then there’s the benefits that science hasn’t proven yet. Like a better connection to your guides and the spirit world, out of body experiences, insights and information from your intuition, and the ability to truly transform your life.

The Holy Mountain is calling you to embark on a sacred journey to acquire clear vision and perspective. This time may seem like some sort of storm or a call to shed what is no longer serving your highest good. Take some time to go into nature or to your alter or even to a sacred place you know of. Make an offering to spirit and ask for clarity and courage to keep walking your path. Soon it will be clear and you will see the beauty in all of this. ❤️
