Looking for healthier ways to wrap your favorite breakfast sandwich or lunch sandwich?

Try this easy recipe:

Egg Wrap

4 eggs
2 tbsp (30 mL) water
1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) each: salt and pepper

In medium bowl, whisk eggs, water, salt and pepper.

Coat an 8-inch (20 cm) non-stick skillet lightly with butter or avocado oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Pour in half of the egg mixture to form a thin layer along the bottom of the skillet. As eggs set around edge of skillet, with spatula, gently push cooked portions toward centre of skillet. Tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces. When egg is cooked, remove to a cutting board or plate for assembly. Cook the rest of the egg mixture. Can store in the fridge for 5 days.

Okay, What Do You Do?

Kate Cretsinger, CNC, is a Certified Nutrition Coach. In 2004, Kate graduated from University of New England with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She also received her nutrition coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015. Kate has over 15 years of experience in the health & wellness field as a personal trainer, instructor, and nutrition coach.

Personalized programs is what makes this one of the most successful programs around! Sessions can be done in person or with live video conferencing. My program consists of 12 classes and 1 free 30-minute consultation.

Kate works closely with her clients to develop a customized plan that helps with (but not limited to) chronic pain, chronic disease (prevention/management), sports performance, digestive disorders, meal planning/prepping, weight management, prenatal/postnatal and metabolic disorders. Kate also offers support in vegetarian lifestyles, Ketogenic lifestyles as well as Paleo and many others.
