Our Virtual Parent Coaching Group is a 12-week supportive space created for parents who want to slow down, understand their own emotional triggers, and feel more confident and grounded in how they show up for their children.
This isn’t about fixing your child.
It’s about supporting you.
Because when parents feel regulated, connected, and emotionally aware, children feel it too.
In this group, you’ll learn how to:
• Pause instead of react in hard moments
• Understand why certain behaviors hit you so deeply
• Create predictable routines and healthy boundaries without constant power struggles
• Support children with big feelings, trauma, or emotional dysregulation
• Build confidence in your parenting — even on the messy days
You’ll also have weekly guidance, reflection, real-life strategies, and a judgment-free space with other parents who truly get it.
