Our community is strongest when we come together. Weโ€™re inviting local businesses to partner with us for Unity in Community on May 2 at Mosaic Church. Weโ€™d truly appreciate your support in helping us host a positive, drug- and alcohol-free event for the whole Pike County community.

If anyone has anything to add to or sees any changes that need made please let us know โœจ๏ธ

Today was a great reminder of what CEDA truly stands for: Prevention Through Connections.
Walking into classrooms and talking with students is about so much more than statistics or information about drugs and alcohol. Itโ€™s about showing up. Itโ€™s about listening. Itโ€™s about breaking stigma and creating space for honest conversations.
We want our students to know: There is no shame in having a loved one who is struggling. There is no shame in asking for help. And there is strength in choosing healthy, life-giving decisions.
CEDA exists because people in Pike County care enough to lean in instead of looking away. When community members pour into our youth, they are planting seeds of prevention, resilience, and hope.
Prevention is not just a program โ€” itโ€™s relationships. Itโ€™s connection. Itโ€™s unity in community.
Thank you to everyone who continues to invest time, energy, and heart into this mission. Our kids deserve adults who show up, speak truth, and remind them they matter.

๐ŸŒŸ Grant Spotlight ๐ŸŒŸ

The Office of the Pike County Prosecutor will use grant funding to advance the Fresh Look Project, strengthening recovery support for individuals impacted by substance use within the criminal justice system. Through a partnership with RISE Peer Recovery, funds will support a peer recovery model that connects individuals with recovery coaches who provide one-on-one guidance, coordinate treatment services, and help address barriers such as housing, employment, and access to identification.

By expanding access to peer support and recovery resources, this project aims to support lasting recovery and reduce substance useโ€“related recidivism in Pike County.
