π IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT π
Starting this week, Love & Loyalty Home Care will be conducting Client Satisfaction Surveys via phone call as part of our ongoing effort to improve the quality of care we provide.
Caregivers assigned to selected clients may be contacted to help coordinate the call and allow us to briefly speak with the client using your phone, while you remain on the line. The survey will follow the standard questions available in the Homecare app.
