We were saddened to learn of the recent passing of our colleague and friend, Dr. Bobby Duhart.

Dr. Duhart was more than a dedicated provider—he was a compassionate healer, a mentor, and a steady presence within the CVHS family and the Petersburg community. His warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to those he served left an indelible mark on all of us. We are grateful for the time we had with him and the lives he touched.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, colleagues, and the Petersburg community during this time of loss. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 18th to honor Dr. Duhart’s legacy.

A powerful display of unity!🎗️💗

We are beyond grateful for the 152 participants who joined us for this year's Pink Power 5K Breast Cancer Walk presented jointly by CVHS and United Healthcare!

CVHS employees, community members, city employees, PCPS employees, and members of sororities and fraternities came together for a vital cause and showcased the strength of our community.

Thank you to the survivors who shared their personal journeys, our community partners, and Erica Bagby, NP at CVHS Petersburg, for her enlightening talk on the importance of screenings and self-advocacy. A big round of applause to Robin Tyler, CVHS Outreach Coordinator for making this event happen!
