The Outreach Foundation has one primary objective... quality care and compassion for our clients and their families. The Outreach Foundation provides Day Treatment (after school) services for children and adolescences ages 4 - 17 within Petersburg Virginia and the surrounding areas. Our emphasis is placed on enabling clients with behavioral problems to achieve self-determined lifestyles with the greatest possible level of independence.
