How would you address these 5 tips for mental wellness? Here’s what I’ll do:
1️⃣ Try a short meditation focused on self-compassion
2️⃣ Go for a brisk walk (as long as it isn’t hailing!)
3️⃣ Head to bed & wake up at the same time each day
4️⃣ Tell people how much I appreciate them
5️⃣ Honor plans to visit friends & family
