I appreciate the love and lessons I receive from my clients and their families. Every time we meet, there are lessons for each of us. What we do with it, is up to us. We are with ourselves more than anybody else, how important is self care to you moving forward?

I’ve been embarking on a new to me, branch of soft tissue manual treatment and I now am confidently utilizing my skills attained thus far and within grasp for Neural Meningeal Therapy Certified, integrated into each bodywork session.
This combines Cranio Sacral Therapy with nerve reeducation. I’d be happy to explain it all if you’d like!
