Another hot off the presses study by Hernandez-Secorun et al, this systematic review and meta-analysis found Dry Needling Therapy to be an effective treatment for Chronic Neck Pain as part of a broader plan of care in the short and intermediate terms (3 months). While all ages improved, those 40+ years old had better outcomes than those younger than 40.
