Endlessly grateful to our Blissful Team during this past Blizzard

There are moments when βthank youβ feels far too small for what people truly deserve. This is one of those moments.
Every time an emergency hits, people are placed in situations that are hard, inconvenient, and sometimes downright exhausting. And yet, time after time, this team steps upβnot because itβs easy, not because itβs comfortable, but because you care. Because keeping our clients safe, supported, and treated with dignity is at the core of who you are.
There is no single word that captures the gratitude I feel for each of you. What you do is more than work. Itβs compassion in action. Itβs sacrifice. Itβs heart.
When someone raises their hand and says, βIβll stay. Iβll give up time with my family so others donβt have to travel. Iβll do what needs to be done so our clients continue receiving the incredible care they deserve,β that is the definition of dedication. And every single one of you has done this at one time or another.
This time, a few people in particular carried an especially heavy load, and I want to shine a light on them:

You stayed with your client from Saturday morning until late this afternoonβfinally getting home just a few hours ago. This was an extraordinary act of commitment that kept others safe and gave all of us peace of mind. With clients who live far out, situations like this will continue to happen, and having someone as dedicated as you is truly a blessing.

You stayed over as well, giving us more than 24 hours of reassurance and stability. Your willingness to step in made a huge difference.
π At the Cottage
β’ Kalie and Brandi, you held things together and made it work through the chaos.
β’ Leslie, thank you for pitching in whenever you could.
