Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, strong communication skills, multi- tasking, receptionist duties, Microsoft word, Excel and google.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clients and caregivers' schedules efficiently
- Utilize medical scheduling systems to maintain accurate schedules
- Answer and manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical records management and documentation
- Provide administrative support to co-workers
Experience:
- Good customer service skills and computer skills
- Proficiency in using various phone systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
