With both Mother’s Day and Father’s Day coming up soon, what will you gift mom or dad? A gift card for a relaxing or therapeutic massage can go a long way. I have digital gift cards for sale via the website link and physical, tangible gift cards for sale in studio. You can buy a digital gift card anytime online. You can buy gift cards in the studio at your appointment time or by creating an appointment to stop in.

Body maintenance is necessary. I am very big on the fact that we only get ONE body to live in. If you can make it a happier, stronger, healthier body, why wouldn’t you? We don’t stay in shape to run fast necessarily. As we age, we stay in shape to take care of our loved ones, to stay out of nursing homes, and to be independent. This is the gift that I would like to give to my clients: the gift of wellness and independence, the gift of strength, the gift of happiness. These are the gifts I’d like to give to all of you. 💕
