I want to share this a little more honestly today.
The past couple of weeks have felt a little heavier behind the scenes than usual. If Iām being real, it triggered some anxiety and PTSD for me and pulled my focus away from what I care most about⦠which is showing up here and supporting all of you.
But over the years, I keep coming back to this⦠when life feels off, when stress is higher, when things feel heavy⦠thatās usually when I need to pause and ask what I need most right now.
And here we are in this in-between season⦠lots of rain, waiting on sunshine⦠and honestly, itās the perfect reminder.
Spring is such a natural time to reset. Not in a drastic, all-or-nothing way⦠just something simple. Supportive. Almost like an internal spring clean.
As a holistic health practitioner, I see this every year. People feeling more tired, more inflamed, not sleeping as well, or just not quite like themselves⦠even when theyāre trying to do the right things.
And what Iāve learned is⦠itās not about doing more. Itās about having the right kind of support, and doing it consistently.
So instead of anything overwhelming, Iām opening up a small, intentional reset group and I am looking for 10ā15 people who feel ready to commit and do this with me.
I am going to includes your choice of salt therapy or infrared sauna sessions, simple daily support for energy, metabolism and sleep, and guidance from me along the way.
Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated. Just consistent, supportive steps that fit into real life.
Iām keeping this small so I can be more hands-on. Iāve already started reaching out to a few people, and once these spots are filled, Iāll close it.
